Description
England and Wales dwelling stock data is broken down by property build period (12 categories from Pre-1900 to 2010-2015) and type (bungalow, terraced, flat/maisonette, semi-detached, detached, and bedroom count). Counts are derived from the Valuation Office Agency's administrative database, rounded to the nearest 10, and provided at Lower layer Super Output Area (LSOA) and Middle layer Super Output Area (MSOA) geographic levels. The data is based on property records extracted on 31 March 2015, 1 August 2012, and 31 March 2014.
