The Housing Strategy Statistical Appendix (HSSA) is a policy-oriented statistical return covering all housing tenures within each UK local authority's geographical area. It was produced by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government and includes data on dwelling stock, waiting lists, lettings, homelessness, and capital expenditure. This dataset was last updated on 2026-07-08 and was replaced by the Local Authority Housing Statistics.
