Eating behavior and body image in health sciences university students

1570 university students in the health area from four higher education institutions in a capital city in Northeast Brazil participated in this survey. The study, authored by Mariana Martins dos Santos, assessed body image dimensions and eating behavior using the Brazilian Adult Silhouettes Scale and the Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire (DEBQ). It found associations between body image perception, dissatisfaction, and eating behavior dimensions in both male and female students.
