Time series observations of surface-atmosphere exchanges of net ecosystem carbon dioxide exchange (NEE), sensible heat, latent heat, and momentum for a managed lowland deep peat soil in East Anglia, UK. The data spans from June 2012 to January 2020, covering periods of lettuce, leek, celery, sugar beet, and potato cultivation. It includes ancillary weather, soil physics, and atmospheric turbulence variables.
