EEG Recordings from 28 Paranoid Schizophrenia Patients and Healthy Controls

14 patients with paranoid schizophrenia and 14 matched healthy controls comprise this electroencephalography dataset. Data were acquired at 250 Hz using the standard 10-20 montage with 19 EEG channels and a specific reference electrode placement.
