Antarctic Microalgal Pigment Response to UV-B Radiation

273 samples were collected during the 1998-99 and 2000-01 Italian Antarctic Expeditions from non-marine environments in Victoria Land. The dataset contains measurements of Chlorophyll, carotenoids, N-tocopherol, and phospholipids in microalgal cultures before and after controlled UV-B exposure. Research was conducted by the PNRA's Ecophysiology and Ecotoxicology line, with data contributed by the organization SCIOPS.
