Electromyographic Analysis of Shoulder Muscles During External Rotation Exercises

Electromyographic activity data from 11 male subjects performing three variations of shoulder external rotation exercises with an elastic band. The study compared muscle activation in the upper trapezius, middle deltoid, posterior deltoid, and infraspinatus. Data analysis was performed using BIOMEC-SAS and SPSS version 20.0.
