Description
Soil macrofauna communities were evaluated in three semi-deciduous seasonal Atlantic Forest fragments with different disturbance levels in Londrina, Paraná, Brazil. Sampling was performed in August and December 2005 at three sites representing primary forest, intermediate regeneration, and initial regeneration stages. The data likely contains the abundance of 42 taxa, assessed using the standard Tropical Soil Biology and Fertility Programme methodology.
