Weekly-updated records for emergency and administrative calls to the City of Cincinnati's communications center. The dataset is sourced from the city's call system managed by West Communications and includes fields for call timing, type, location, and handling metrics. An interactive dashboard is available through the CincyInsights portal.
Location data is anonymized for privacy; latitude and longitude are skewed to the block level, and specific addresses are redacted. To isolate emergency calls, filter for CALL_TYPE_ID = '911 CALLS'. A separate data dictionary is required for full column definitions.
