EMIT L1B At-Sensor Calibrated Radiance and Geolocation Data provides calibrated radiance and observation information from the EMIT instrument aboard the International Space Station. The dataset consists of granules containing radiance measurements across 285 spectral bands (381-2493 nm) and associated observation data, delivered as NetCDF4 files with a 60-meter spatial resolution. It is produced by NASA and targets sunlit, arid dust source regions between 52° N and 52° S latitude.
License is specified as 'other-license-specified' on datagov platforms; users should verify specific terms. Data is delivered in a spatially raw, non-orthocorrected format requiring use of the provided GLT for projection. Files are in NetCDF4 format, which requires compatible software for access and analysis.
