Sonia Fargue's dataset contains measurements from a study investigating endogenous oxalate synthesis in mouse models of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). The data includes 24-hour urinary oxalate and glycolate levels, activity of key liver enzymes (AGT, DGDH/GRHPR, GO, LDH, HOGA), and liver/kidney oxalate and glyoxylate content. The study used C57BL/6J and C57BL/6N mice fed high-fat or Western diets to induce mild and moderate MASLD stages, with a hydroxyproline challenge to probe glyoxylate metabolism.
Primary data format is XLSX. The 'Last updated' date (2026) is in the future relative to the current date, which may indicate a metadata error.
