Cyanobacteria Assessment Network (CyAN) satellite data estimates cyanobacteria concentrations in U.S. lakes and estuaries. The dataset is produced by a multi-agency project involving NASA, EPA, NOAA, and USGS using the cyanobacteria index (CI) algorithm. It combines Sentinel-3A and Sentinel-3B OLCI data for the contiguous United States and Alaska.
