E. Coli and Water Quality Measurements in Mekong River Catchments, 2011-2021

From May 2011 to May 2021, this dataset contains Escherichia coli concentrations and physico-chemical measurements from stream water at six catchments in the Mekong River basin, northern Lao PDR. It was collected through a long-term partnership with the Department of Agricultural Land Management (DALaM) and the M-TROPICS critical zone observatory. The data includes measurements during low and high flow periods.
