Arctic Zooplankton Expressed Sequence Tags from Dasan Station

28,000 EST clones were sequenced from Calanus glacialis zooplankton collected around the Dasan station in the Arctic marine in 2006. The AMD_KOPRI organization sequenced these tags using a GS 20 Genome Sequencer. The dataset was last updated in July 2012.
