Euphausiid eDNA and Video Data from the 2021 TEMPO Antarctic Voyage

From 29 January to 24 March 2021, the RV Investigator voyage IN2021_V01 collected environmental DNA (eDNA) and video footage in the East Antarctic Southern Ocean. The dataset includes 110 eDNA samples and video observations targeting Southern Ocean krill species. Data were collected by the Marine National Facility as part of the TEMPO survey.
