Euphausiid eDNA and Video Data from the 2021 TEMPO Antarctic Voyage

The 2021 TEMPO voyage from 29 January to 24 March 2021 collected this dataset in the East Antarctic sector of the Southern Ocean. It comprises 110 environmental DNA (eDNA) samples and video footage from a CTD-mounted camera, targeting Southern Ocean krill species. The data were acquired during the Marine National Facility RV Investigator research voyage IN2021_V01.
