Euphausiid eDNA and Video Observations from the 2021 TEMPO Antarctic Voyage

From January to March 2021, this dataset was collected during the RV Investigator voyage IN2021_V01 in the East Antarctic Southern Ocean. It comprises 110 environmental DNA (eDNA) samples and concurrent video footage, processed with a euphausiid-specific metabarcoding marker to detect Southern Ocean krill species. The data were collected by the Marine National Facility as part of the TEMPO survey.
