Description
UPRA and the University of Nariño produced a land suitability map for broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. Itálica) in the Nariño department of Colombia. The dataset results from a validation and application of land evaluation methodology at a 1:100,000 scale, incorporating biophysical, socioeconomic, and socio-ecosystem components under contract Interadministrativo No 222 of 2017. It categorizes areas as high, medium, low, or unsuitable aptitude, including legal exclusions, for productive zoning as of December 2018.
