Extant Coronate Polyp Micro-CT Model from the South China Sea

A 1.2 GB collection of 1010 raw TIFF files and an STL file from a micro-CT scan of an extant coronate polyp specimen. The specimen, an undetermined genus and species of Scyphozoa, was collected from the South China Sea by Xiamen University and features a well-preserved conical chitinous tube with five rings of internal tetraradial cusps. The scan was performed by Jie SUN and Ning YUE using a Zeiss Xradia 520 Versa at 60kV with a 5.08μm voxel size.
