OCT B-Scan and C-Scan Data for Super-Resolution Spectral Estimation

Matlab scripts and data files supporting the publication 'Fast and accurate spectral estimation axial super resolution optical coherence tomography' in Optics Express. The repository contains code for applying four processing methods (FBW-DFT, PBW-DFT, AR, RFIAA) to OCT data, as well as datasets used in the publication.
