Phytoplankton Photosynthetic Health Measurements from the Southern Ocean, November 2005

Maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) data collected at one-minute intervals from a continuous seawater supply at 3 meters depth. These measurements, taken aboard the RV L'Astrolabe from Dumont d'Urville to Hobart between 04/11/2005 and 08/11/2005, capture the instant response of phytoplankton to environmental changes. The dataset was contributed by the Australian Ocean Data Network and includes FRR fluorescence yields from dark 15-minute adapted samples.
