Phytoplankton Photosynthetic Health Measurements from RV L'Astrolabe, November 2009

Maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) data for phytoplankton collected via Fast Repetition Rate Fluorometry on the RV L'Astrolabe from November 11 to 16, 2009. Seawater from 3 m depth was supplied continuously and measurements were taken at 1-minute intervals in a dark-adapted state. The data was aggregated by the Australian Ocean Data Network.
