From January 22 to 27, 2005, continuous Fast Repetition Rate Fluorometry (FRRF) measurements were collected on the RV L'Astrolabe during a voyage from Dumont d'Urville to Hobart. The data, provided by the Australian Ocean Data Network, capture the maximum photochemical efficiency of photosystem II (Fv/Fm) in phytoplankton, a key indicator of photosynthetic health. Seawater was sampled from 3 meters depth and measurements were taken at one-minute intervals on dark-adapted samples.
