FRRF Phytoplankton Health Measurements from the Southern Ocean, January 2005

Southern Ocean data collected from the RV L'Astrolabe between 22 and 27 January 2005 on a voyage from Dumont D'Urville to Hobart. The dataset contains Fast Repetition Rate Fluorometry (FRRF) measurements of maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) and related parameters for phytoplankton, taken at one-minute intervals from a 3-meter seawater supply. It was aggregated by the Australian Ocean Data Network.
