Fecal Microbial Genomes and Viruses from 100 Diarrheic and Healthy Calves

A metagenomic binning analysis was performed on fecal samples from 50 healthy and 50 diarrheic pre-weaned Holstein calves. The dataset contains FASTA files of microbial MAGs and vOTUs, generated by Pei Zhong and last updated in April 2026. It was created to investigate the association between microbial dysbiosis and calf diarrhea.
