114 cases of fatal work accidents were identified from 2007 to 2015 in Palmas, Tocantins, Brazil. The dataset was created by Alana Barbosa Rodrigues to estimate underreporting across multiple government health and security information systems. Underreporting rates were calculated for systems including SIM (28.9%), SINAN (44.7%), and RAIS (73.1%).
