Twenty-nine participants with multiple myeloma completed a 12-week virtually-supported home exercise program to test its feasibility and preliminary efficacy. The study recorded significant improvements in quality of life and physical fitness metrics, with 89.7% of participants completing follow-up testing and no serious adverse events.
