December 2025 version 8D of the Postal Code Conversion File Plus (FCCP+) from Statistics Canada's Geography Division. This dataset links six-character postal codes to standardized 2021 Census geographic regions, administrative units, and socioeconomic indicators. It was first created from the 1986 Census and has been updated regularly with population weight files from each census up to the end of 2021.
