Description
GLIDE numbers are GLobal unique IDEntifiers for Disasters, proposed by the Asian Disaster Reduction Center (ADRC) to address the challenge of scattered and confusing disaster information. The dataset is actively used by institutions including UN-OCHA, UNDRR, UNDP, WMO, IFRC, FAO, the European Commission, and the Centre for Research on the Epidemiology of Disasters (CRED).
