Finite Element Simulation Data for Young's Modulus in Real-Time Deformability Cytometry

Finite element simulation data used to compute a look-up-table for translating object area and deformation into Young's modulus in real-time deformability cytometry. The dataset contains object shapes and corresponding values for Young's modulus, deformation, projected area, and volume, stored in an HDF5 file. Lucas Daniel Wittwer reran and extended the original simulations to create this dataset, which is used by the dclab software.
