First Vertical Derivative Magnetic Field Map, Eagle Plains Yukon Survey 2009

A 2009 aeromagnetic survey over the Eagle Plains region of Yukon produced this map of the first vertical derivative of the magnetic field. Data were acquired between April 10 and September 16, 2009 using cesium vapour magnetometers flown at a nominal terrain clearance of 250 m. The Government of Yukon levelled and interpolated the flight-line data to a 200 m grid without removing the International Geomagnetic Reference Field.
