FlashMRM: Automated MRM Method Generation for Exposomics

FlashMRM is a web-based platform for automated generation and optimization of multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) parameters for targeted exposomics analysis. It leverages a Pseudo TQDB containing over 25,000 candidate analytes and an INTF TQDB with ~44,000 potential interference features.
