Direct measurements of the Tasman Front, an eastward-flowing subtropical current linking the East Australian and East Auckland Currents. The dataset includes flow data from a moored array deployed south of Norfolk Island, with hydrographic and ADCP measurements from deployment and recovery voyages. The mean eastward transport in the upper 800 m was approximately 6 Sv, with a weak westward flow below associated with Antarctic Intermediate Water.
