Evelin Campos Verdolin Brandão's research paper describes experimental data on polyetherimide microfiltration membranes prepared by phase inversion. The study addresses membrane properties, including pore sizes ranging from 1.2 to 10.4 µm, and performance in dead-end and tangential flow filtration of synthetic produced water, showing flux declines of 97.3% and 89.5% respectively. The work investigates pore blocking mechanisms using Hermia models and reports rejection rates higher than 95.5%.
