FOMO-60K: 60,000+ Clinical 3D Brain MRI Scans for Foundation Models

FOMO-60K provides over 60,000 3D brain MRI scans sourced from clinical environments for large-scale self-supervised learning. Developed by FOMO-MRI and released in 2025, the collection was created for the FOMO25 Foundation Model Challenge for Brain MRI at MICCAI.
