Description
891 samples of guacamole were tested over three years for Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella spp., and E. coli O157. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency conducted this targeted survey from April 1, 2021, to March 31, 2024. All samples were found to be satisfactory, with no pathogens or elevated generic E. coli levels detected.
