From April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2021, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency tested 4,331 samples of ready-to-eat meat for bacterial pathogens and indicators. The survey found that 99.7% of the samples were satisfactory. The data is provided in CSV format under the OGL-CA-2.0 license.
