4,851 food samples were analyzed for Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, and generic E. coli between April 2013 and March 2018. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency conducted the survey, finding Listeria monocytogenes in five samples, Bacillus cereus in two, and Staphylococcus aureus in one.
