Description
A Canadian Food Inspection Agency targeted survey analyzed 1,782 samples of imported fresh berries for Cyclospora, Cryptosporidium, and Toxoplasma parasites between April 1, 2017 and March 31, 2022. The results indicate that 99.9% of the tested samples were satisfactory. This dataset supports the conclusion that imported fresh berries sold in Canada are generally safe for consumption.
