829 samples of fresh leafy herbs and 230 samples of fresh leafy vegetables were tested for Hepatitis A and Noroviruses by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. 99.9% of herb samples and 100% of vegetable samples were found to be satisfactory. The surveys cover two periods: April 2017 to March 2018 and April 2020 to March 2021.
