Forestry Facts & Figures 2016 provides summary UK statistics on woodland area, planting, timber, trade, climate change, environment, recreation, employment and finance. The dataset was released by the Forestry Commission on 22 September 2016. Where possible, figures are also provided for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
