Description
The Australian Ocean Data Network provides data on cool-water carbonate environments in the Recherche Archipelago, western Great Australian Bight. Surficial sediments, video, multibeam sonar, cores, and shallow seismics were collected to examine Quaternary shelf evolution. The dataset includes Holocene deposits up to 7 meters thick dominated by calcareous algae, molluscs, and bryozoans.
