Rose Genome Metabolite Measurements from GC-MS Analysis

61 known metabolites measured by gas chromatography mass-spectrometry in 6 different Rose cultivars and 3 organism parts. The data was published alongside a Nature Genetics manuscript in June 2018 by Philippe Rocca‐Serra of the University of Oxford.
