Rose Scent Metabolite Profiles from GC-MS Experiments in 2015 and 2018

Measurements of 35 known metabolites from one rose cultivar, extracted from supplementary tables of two scientific publications. The data is structured as a Frictionless Tabular Data Package, with metabolites and organisms annotated using resolvable identifiers from CHEBI, NCBITaxonomy, and Plant Ontology. It was created by Philippe Rocca‐Serra of the University of Oxford to demonstrate FAIR data principles and reanalysis workflows.
