A targeted survey by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency measured coumarin concentrations in cinnamon products on the Canadian retail market. The dataset contains results from 93 samples collected from grocery and specialty stores in 11 cities between April 2012 and March 2013. Coumarin was detected in all samples, with the highest concentration recorded at 7621 parts per million in a ground cinnamon sample.
