240 patients from a prospective multicenter trial were included to evaluate the Furosemide Stress Test (FST) for predicting successful weaning from continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). The study, authored by Binbing Zhou and registered as ChiCTR2400091040, found 81.2% of patients in the FST group were successfully weaned, compared to 64.2% in the non-FST group. Data includes patient outcomes for RRT re-initiation within 7 and 28 days post-weaning.
