GC-MS Blood Metabolomics Profiles for Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Controls

Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry metabolomic profiles of heparin plasma samples collected from 42 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma and 125 matched healthy control subjects. A total of 113 compounds were putatively identified and relatively quantified, with metabolite abundances normalized and scaled.
