Gene Expression in Monocytes, Neutrophils and Whole Blood After Ischemic Stroke

Transcriptomic profiles from 38 ischemic stroke patients and 18 controls, analyzed at 0-24 h, 24-48 h, and >48 h following stroke. The dataset includes RNAseq data from peripheral monocytes, neutrophils, and whole blood, published by researchers from the University of California, Davis in 2023.
