NASA's dataset profiles gene expression changes in confluent human fibroblasts (AG01522) exposed to microgravity on the International Space Station and treated with the DNA-damaging agent bleomycin. Cells were treated for 3 hours with 1.0 µg/ml bleomycin after three days on the ISS, then fixed and returned to Earth for RNA isolation and microarray analysis. The dataset was last updated on March 13, 2026.
