Genomic Data for Carbapenem-Resistant Organisms from Pediatric Patients, 2020-2024

Nineteen infectious and paired intestinal colonizing carbapenem-resistant organism (CRO) strains were collected from pediatric patients with hematological malignancies between 2020 and 2024. Whole-genome sequencing data in FASTA format characterizes species distribution, sequence types, and antimicrobial resistance mechanisms.
